You must be of 18 years of age or have a parent or guardian's permission before commissioning. I have the right to turn down a commission.

My turn around time is between 7 and 14 days, but if I think it will be longer than that, I will let you know. I usually make my icons on a 750x750 px canvas, busts on a around 3400 x 2500 px, and ref sheets on 5000 x 2000 px so that detail can be put in before it's resized to whatever size is needed, but I can be flexible with canvas size! Just let me know how big of a piece you are thinking of! Each commission is allowed one (1) revision at each stage (i.e. sketch, inking, color, etc).

Please let me know if a piece is meant to be a private piece as I usually like to upload the finished piece to my art sites and/or social media. If you do not want your piece shared, let me know.

You are allowed to share the commissioned piece, however signature must remain intact and I must be credited. This art is not for resale or for use in NFTs.

No refunds on finished pieces

• - Refunds can be made anytime BEFORE i start your commission, otherwise i do not issue refunds unless i am completely unable to finish your commission
• - I will send WIPs throughout the process unless the commission is a specific type that i do not show WIPs for (such as: sticker headshots, artistic liberty, etc)
• - I do not draw: fetish, hate/bigotry, racism, etc (ask, and i will tell you whether i draw it or not, this list is non comprehensive and i reserve the right to decline any commission request for any reason)
• - If my art is posted onto Toyhouse you MUST credit me properly on there, and i MUST be authorized to see my designs and art, they can be auth only but i must be on the auth list to see my art and/or designs, thank you!

I will not draw:

• - Arts depicting the glorification of acts of violence/abuse
• - Art showing hatred for minority groups
• - Animals/Ferals (I'm not good enough at them, but I can draw anthros!)
• - Complex mechs
• - Illegal/immoral ships (pedophilia, incest, etc.)

I will draw:

• - Human(oids), anthros/furries, simple robotics
• - Original & fan characters
• - Fanart
• - Ships (See will not draw for guidelines)
• - Horror, gore, & candy gore
• - MLP-styled ponies
• - Full body reference sheets
• - Icons/Profile pictures
• - Suggestive art (18+ only)

TOS

• - I have the right to reject any order I am uncomfortable with for any reason.
• - All drawings will include a subtle watermark you may not remove
• - I use a sketch check system. If I provide you with the sketch and you decline or want it to be changed, you may not use it in any way. It is still my drawing, do not trace over it.
• - You will receive a high-quality, downloadable image of your commission once it is done
• - Any changes on the final artwork come with a fee (unless it was a misunderstanding/mistake on my part or very easy change)
• - I have the right as the artist to post the final image to my Instagram. If there are any reasons you do not want me to post it, please let me know.
• - The commission cannot be refunded after the sketch has been accepted.
• - You may not sell my art in any way, shape, or form (including but not limited to made-to-print services sold to anyone), and you may not claim it to be your own artwork. You may not sell it as an NFT or use it for AI training.
